Reservations for Peak Season of 1 week or more may be made at any time. Shorter visits of 3 days or more may be accepted after March 1st. From July 1st we will try to accommodate requests for less than three days with a 10% surcharge added to the applicable rate. Non-peak periods require a 2 day minimum on weekends and holidays only.

During the season (5/16 thru 10/19), the Nautilus has 12 rental units including: 1 ground floor apartment, three 2 room suites, a penthouse suite, plus seven single rooms. Rates for all units are for SINGLE or DOUBLE occupancy . In rooms with additional beds (4,8,10,17 and the Penthouse) additional persons are allowed for a fee of $12 per day from age 6 and up, apartment #17 from age 15 and up.

Reservations will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your credit card deposit of 50% applied toward the last day(s) of your reservation. One night reservations require full payment in advance. Payments in U.S. funds are accepted wtih Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards, cash, traveler's or personal checks. No reservation is final or binding until your deposit is received. Credit card authorizations and checks are deposited the day they are received.

A reservation is accepted as a commitment on both our parts for the entire stay. Should your plans change, cancellations or reductions must be 30 days in advance for a full deposit refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. For notices with less than 30 days, repayment (less the fee) may be made if the reservation is re-filled. A cancellation with less than 7 days notice forfeits the full deposit. A stay ending early will require payment of the full amount of the reservation.

Your arrival time can be anytime between 1 P.M. and 6 P.M. Special arrangements must be made for arrivals after 6 P.M. Departure (check-out) should be no later than 10 A.M.

Yes, well-behaved and supervised children are most welcome. However, for the benefit of all our guests, we cannot accept pets of any kind. (Kennels are available nearby)

The Nautilus has a smoke-free interior environment. Smoking is permitted on the outside porch and grounds.
